Processing & Shipping Times

 

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

 

Delivery typically takes:

• 4–8 business days for major cities (e.g. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban)

• 5–9 business days for outlying or rural areas

 

Exchanges Only — No Refunds

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

• You received the wrong item, size, or variant

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition

 

Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide return details and ship the replacement once the returned item is received
